Jan. 10 Workshop is coming together to be a REAL winner!

We've recruited great facilitators who have agreed to lead one of the breakout sessions on Saturday, Jan. 10 - 8AM-12:30PM. You will not want to miss this meeting!

I'll be posting updates each week but here is one to tempt you to register as soon as the registration process opens. (Next week) Why is this important? Because it is going to be first come, first in to the breakout of your choice. (Check out Brett's blog post too!)

Al Peterson
is going to lead a session titled:

Partnering at the C-Level: How to be a valued client executive resource, not a recession victim
You know it’s vital to partner with key C-level executives, and become a strategic and valued part of your client’s team. Due to the 2009-10 recession, your clients will have to re-consider ALL consulting roles and projects. How do you stay engaged in a valued role—especially now? In this session you will learn useful preparation steps, communication approaches, and checklists that will help you: meet key C-level executives, learn their priorities, and gain status as a valued executive team advisor and resource.

BIO
Allen (Al) Peterson is a Certified Management Consultant with 15+ years of prior C-level (CEO and COO) experience leading start-ups, start-overs, and divisions of F5000 companies.
