Certainly, a sense of humor is one of those required traits that consultants must possess. How otherwise do we keep up with the multitude of interpersonal exchanges and intelligent advise we formulate for our clients? There are only so many hours in a day and, though necessary, I find daytimers, PDAs, and alarm beeps a bit unnerving. I appreciate an occasional note that makes me chuckle and settles me. Yours was such a note. Cheers!

- Thank you, Babara! Commitment, collaboration, coordination, complementary skills, and cooperation --- the East Bay Consultants Forum allows one to practice these "Five Cs of Teamwork" and more. Glad to be part of it. As an independent evaluator, finding a group with whom to exchange ideas and gain new ones beyond my technical expertise is a valuable benefit. Let's keep it growing!
