Your clients – and your practice – are nearly two years into the longest and deepest economic setback experienced in two generations. None of us comes into this with direct experience on how to manage through it. What can we learn from those who have?

With apologies to Stanley Kubrick, we are going to take a trip through time to apply the lessons from companies that have stood on the brink of annihilation and come back… with a vengeance!

We recently concluded a study of companies that not only survived a major crisis in the last century, but actually thrived because of the way they harnessed its possibilities. Hear the illuminating stories behind the companies that have gone on to become the leaders of today.

For the last year you’ve heard countless presentations about making your practice “recession-resistant”. But why exhaust yourself fighting the economic environment? Learn how to take an entirely fresh approach that puts the economy to work for you!
Of course, this sounds good – but how do you actually make it happen? This interactive experience will give you tools to walk away with at least one practice-changing practice that will make you want to take advantage of this crisis before it slips away! You might actually learn to love the recession!

Takeaways: With this presentation you will be able to:
• Take the five steps to move past obstacles into “repossibilities”
• Move from passively waiting for the end of the recession to actively pursuing opportunities it has unearthed
• Know the eight questions to ask to find the silver lining in a crisis
• Enjoy a greater sense of purpose and fulfillment in your own practice

I wanted to provide this white paper i wrote awhile back to the gentleman who asked me about my thoughts on building a virtual agency. We are up to about 15 - with a core of 6 that work consistently on projects. So i feel comfortable sharing my thoughts on how to do this. I just have to figure out how to upload the document so you can see it.

I have not seen clients pulling back. All indicators are that they are saving descretionary income on a personal level - but for their business, they have a budget line item and it needs to map to a goal- that hasn't come to a screeching stop despite the market volatility.

Do you see client shift in discretionary spending for consulting services? What type of management consulting services seem to get more traction?
